Set in Bhopal, the story follows young Sairaj, a bright and cheerful boy growing up in a poor but loving family. His father works at a chemical factory, struggling daily to provide for his children. When a mysterious death inside the factory raises troubling questions, Sairaj’s father begins to sense that something is terribly wrong. As warnings are ignored, authorities remain silent, and survival forces difficult choices, an unseen danger slowly spreads through the city. While Sairaj prepares to celebrate his birthday, fate moves closer, weaving innocence, negligence, and human helplessness into a haunting narrative of lives caught in the shadow of an impending disaster.
