Refund Policy

At tattvamedia.in, a brand of Urja Media and Entertainment, we strive to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our users. If you are not satisfied with your registration, we offer a 45-day refund policy. Please read the details below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

1.1 You may request a refund within 7 days of your transaction date, no questions asked.

1.2 Refunds apply to any fees paid for competition entry, subscriptions, or other services except  for the one time membership fee or fees paid for the paid workshops.

1.3 After 7 days from the transaction date, we will not be able to process a refund.

2. Refund Process

2.1 To request a refund, please contact us at accounts@urjamedia.in with your transaction details.

2.2 Once your request is received, we will process the refund within 45 business days.

2.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Exceptions

3.1 If a refund request is made due to a technical issue or incorrect charge, we may require additional details for verification.

3.2 No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully rendered or completed beyond the 7-day window.

3.3 Refunds wont be entertained if the claim is due to rejection of the entry of your story/ short film by the judging committee.

3.4 Refunds wont be entertained for the one time membership fee. This is because the moment you pay membership fee , your unique membership id is generated which cannot be transferred or deleted.
