Dillagi Agni Tattva is open to all aspiring film makers who want to showcase their visual creativity skills and take it to the next level.

Whether you’re a beginner or with a little experience in film making, this competition provides a unique opportunity to receive expert feedback and refine your skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Age Groups:

• Developing Minds (Ages 15-22) – Aspiring film makers looking to break into film making.

• Open Category (22 & Above) – Anyone with a compelling story to tell!

Dillagi Agni Tattva welcomes students, professionals, freelancers, and anyone with a passion for storytelling to participate. If you have a story waiting to be shared with the world, this is your stage!

✅  Complete Script and Screenplay submission before shooting:

• You have to provide the complete script and screenplay which will go for review. Once the review board accepts your story then you can start shooting.
• You have to provide the working stills alongwith the film.

✅  Theme:

• Open genre – fiction, drama, thriller, fantasy, or any unique concept.

✅ Language:

• Stories can be written in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada. A translation in English or Hindi for regional language will preferred by not a compulsion.

✅ Originality:

• The submitted story must be original, unpublished and not uploaded on any public or private platform.

• No adaptations or plagiarized content will be accepted.

✅ Format & Word Limit:

• Short stories should be between 2,500 to 4,500 words.

• The story should be engaging and suitable for a short film adaptation (15-20 minutes).

The entry fee includes 

• One-time membership fee

• Professional feedback + 3 remaking and reshooting if your film is rejected by the panel

•  Free online writing workshop in case your story gets rejected. Once you complete the workshop you will be given one more opportunity to submit your story and film free of cost.

4. Consolidated awards upto Rs.200,000/-  ( Rupees Two lacs Only) for Best Script snd Screenplay, Editing, Cinematography, Sound and SFX

Story Analysis:

Our team of experienced writers will provide you with a detailed analysis of your story, along with hints to improve.

Entries to FIlm Festivals:

If your story is selected, we'll assist you submit it to Film Festivals depending on their terms and conditions.

Free Resubmission:

In case of the review panel rejecting your story, you will be allowed to revise and re-submit your story 3 times. And in case your film gets rejected, not to worry, we will give you an opportunity to resubmit your entry free of cost for the next event**

** Rejected doesn't mean not winning a prize, it means that if your entry is not even considered for submission you get a chance to re-submit

There are just three steps to it.

Step-1

Register yourself on the website with your name, Email and WhatsApp.

Step-2

Wait for your login details which will be sent to you on your registered Email I'd with password. 

Step 3 :

Login to your dashboard, enter the relevant details and paying the registration fees you will be given access to upload your story. The format etc. will be provided on your dashboard. 

Step 4 :

Once you get the go ahead by the review committe, you can start shooting. Remember to take the shooting stills as the entries will be considered incomplete and subject to rejection by the panel members and the final decision of the panel members will be binding and cannot be challenged.
